puys helppppp plzzzzzz😐😐 my interview is tomorrow and I have my provisional degree certificate with me as the final degree is still awaited. I passed out in 2011 from Rajasthan university but degree nt received yet. shall I rush to court to receive a affidavit in this regard????? 😠😠

A lot of students were not allowed to appear for interview because their OBC certificates were not in the same format.
There were four members in interview panel. Interview was for around 15 mins.
1) Tell me something about your family background and your education.
2) Your 10th marks & 12th marks.
3) What subjects you had in MBA?
4) You have worked with HDFC Mutual fund. What is Asset Management Company?
5) What was your package?
6) That is a very good package and you were in head office, Mumbai, Why did you leave?
7) You may not be posted with head office here, are you okay with that?
8) Having worked with an AMC, you'll be good in Financial management, isn't it? ( I said you can ask me anything relating to mutual funds or insurance or other investments)
9) No I'll ask you something else. What is Current Ratio? What does it signify?
10) What is DSCR? Its significance?
11) How will you market your branch in a rural area?
12) What will you do to bring rural women into mainstream?
13) You seem to be a metro guy, you will not be able to gel well with rural people, isn't it so?
14) What brings you to a banking job? How do you fit here?
15) You had given IBPS 2 as well? What was your score?
16) So you were allotted a bank which was 3rd in your preference, why didn't you join it?
Answered everything except DSCR. I told them the full form and said I don't remember anything about it. The interviewer was furious on this and said it is a very important ratio and you should not forget this. Overall it was a decent interview.

Enter venue at 8.45, 15 minutes late.In security office, they told to write down name reg no,roll no. so its better to mug up or note down in single paper or stored in mobile, but i didnt so open my bag and taken down folder its makes me tense on myself.Certificate verification:Dont Forget to bring online application form printout. They ask it first.Then one set of interiview call letter, sslc,hsc,all semester mark sheet,Cumulative, Degree, Provisional certificate.OBC Certificates:The certificate must be in the format ,notified in the IBPS PO III notification. i applied for clerk 2 bt by mistake i entrd only hons %,i was selectd for intrvw n during verifitn they didn't chck % n i was also unaware that i had to give pass n hons marks both..i cleard the intrvw but due to high cutoff not alloted any bank.this time in clerk 3 i entrd everythng corectly, bt m scared that wil my past clerk 2 wrng % matter wil create any problm later since in clerk 3 application form we had to give details of past exms details like clerk 1, clerk 2..
my wrong % was 62.75 but actualy it should have been 63.56
So a Question for all those who have passed out from UPTU-
There is a different procedure that they follow to calculate the percentage for 4 years- 25% of first, 50% of second , 75% of third and 100% of fourth year and is printed in the final degree, which obviously will be different than the aggregate of 4 years. I have filled the same which is mentioned in the degree? should it be a problem?
