Here's my interview experience.
Location:Guwahati Panel:2 Time- 8:30am
Background: B.tech (Electrical) and 3 yrs experienced in an MNC (manufacturing company).
During the verification process they specifically asked for 2013 passouts and checked their dates.They also asked for NOC from the ones working in PSB( 1 person was rejected and asked to produce the NOC till 530pm then only he will be allowed for the interview).
For SC and ST if the dates of the caste certificate was not as per date they were asked to write a declaration and they had to submit their corrected certificate within 15 days.However for OBC in between an official came and announced that if the date was not after the specified date in advertisement the candidate was to be rejected.
Questions asked:
1)Name and place of birth
2)Famous person from the town I belong to and what my place is famous for.
3)Why left a high paying job?(they were digging a lot )
4)What you are expecting from banks?
5)How banks calculate the loan interest?
6)CRR,SLR (Current values) and their significance.
7)The act which allows the banks to own the property for which the owner fails to repay the loan.
8)NPA and if interest are applied on NPA. What banks do after an NPA is identified?
9)Finally my score.
Answered all except no.7.They seemed satisfied with the answers except for no.5.
