MY INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

(2nd Jan, 2013)


Hi Puyzzzzz...... Today I had my interview at Bank of India, Sec 62 Noida... 1 PM; Panel 9;


I Reached There at 1:30 PM, Huge Turnout at the Center..... I have to Wait till 3:30 in the Main Hall then My turn Came for the Document Verification......(All Goes Fine Thanxxx to all Puyzzzz)

then I Have Done with My Documentations till 4:00 PM
and then asked to wait in the Waiting Room till my Name is Announced

Right from the very Beginning (Entering), My Heart is Jumping Upto my Mind..... Only I Know How I Could Manage to Hold

So after 5 Long Hours My Turn Came at Exactly 5:50 PM

and end in just 5 Minutes at 6 PM


4 Members in the panel: 3 Males and 1 Female (Silent Observer)


Just After Sitting, The First Question Left me Shocked

Male1: What's ur Name? Sing a Song for me which starts with ur Name (Neeraj)

Me: 😲😲(After a Shock of 2 Seconds, Thinking of What a Way to Start) Said Sir I didn't Know any Song starting with my Name but There's a Singer with my Name....then Named Him (Neeraj Shridhar)

Male1: Okay....Sing a song of Him? Any song of Him?

Me: Then I Said, Sir My Voice Pitch is too High (with a Smiley Face)

Then all the members Laughed Say Don't Worry you May Proceed
(Since I am a Singer by Profession, ofcourse they get to know about this after my Song, Left Astonishing)👼👼🍻🍻


then Interview starts

Male1: Tell me About Yourself? Your Family? Your Background? [Told Them]

Male2: What is Balance Sheet? [Told Them]

Male1: What is NPAs? [Told Them]

Male1: What is Debt Equity Ratio? What is Ideal Debt Equity Ratio? [Told Them]

Male2: What is DSCR? also gave a Hint that is a Ratio 😲 [Shocked to Hear as I Refuse]

Female1: What is to be Done for Betterment for Costumer? [Told Them]

then Suddenly Male 2 Interuppting and Said Very Good

and then at Last

Male4 asked me about Gap in My CS (coz i'm doing CS) so i Explained it
they Said OK and You May Go Now


I Left wishing them Thank You and Happy New Year


Conclusion: They are not Taking Interviews, They are Interacting with us.... and that too in hindi
They have Taken my Whole Interview in HINDI, not a single Sentence of English

They are Checking ur Attitude as ur Knowledge had already been Checked.....
SO GO without Nervousness.... I can tell this Because whole Day i was So Nervous that is gone after seeing the Attitude of the Panel
They are so Friendly, make me feel comfortable

and Go without Expecting much from the Panel, and without Nervousness and Be Confident While Giving any Answers.....

interview:what is capital?what is authorised capital?what is equity?what is paid up capital?what is inflation?what is mixed economy? What is the function of Rbi? When is first nationalisation of bank held nd how many banks?what is partly share capital?what is called up capital pura account se puch diya.

if anyone is suffering from migrane/headache... here is a tip... place ur hands and feet in hot water and place ice cubess rapped up in a cloth at top of ur skull.. because of extremities of heat pain reduces..

Guys OBC format is not exactly as given by IBPS. Four points of the clause list is missing! Remaining is exactly the same !! is it gonna create a big problem! please help please help please help!
