Can anyone tell me what is this issue with declaration, i got my BTECH degree in April 2013 and passed it in June 2012. anything i need to be scared of. and my voter's id has my DOB year increased by 1 is that problematic?

Hi puys! Need a bit of suggestion...

I my graduation result was declared on 26th June, 2013 but marksheet n provisional degree were printed in october...and nowhere do they mention actual date of declaration of result (i.e. 26th June)
Now I'm afraid those ppl verifying documents might doubt on my qualifying date. should i take the internet print-out of my marksheet (which does mention the date of declaration of result)? would they entertain it? Plz suggest...
p.s.: my interview is on 7th jan

i am not able to find my birth certificate or my 10th passing certificate though i have my 10th marksheet where dob is mentioned and passport and also the photocopy of my 10th passing certificate will it suffice? please puys reply soon.
