very true bro, what can we do if our current company does not reduces notice period and banks do not give joining , hum to dono taraf se maare jayenge.... We will loose both of our jobs...
@aghosh54 thats the question whose answer lies with IBPS only ....
no surety here ..even if say yes today to u..and if that goes just opposite thn you will blame me....bt dude here no one is officially aware of who is 100% secure...
yes one thing any body here can predict is chances....
so if you have a score of above 62 in general u have better chances...
ya i know that bro..... what i meant was that - NOC they asked because while you are selected in bank, u must not request them to extend joining .... now bank doesnt care either if u have 3 or 2 or 1 month notice period.. its my assumption after seeing that jpeg image file of joining date of some bank which i told u...
@aghosh54 simple...if a genreal cat guy is ranked above say 15000...but he is within 22k ..he wont get a chance because the seats are only 11058 ...how can he get a bank under normal conditions ?
@PiratedLimbo bt during verification dey were asking 4m d govt employee...even on the paper where dey were puting tick mark ..dere it was mentioned NOC(govt employee)...i dint submit d NOC to dem...i jus gave employment letter of current employer...
did you submit your NOC at the time of interview? Please do not mislead us bro, At my center and at many centers it was told clearly that NOC is not required for people working in pvt companies.
@raghu00 if they have accpeted ur noc..and u have showed experience ...u need to provide proper releiving letter....if u havent showed ur experience..u dont need to provide relieveing letter

bhai , wo maine NOC to nahi diya but maine galti se apni salary slip submit kar di hai to i have to be ready with relieving letter to avoid any risks.

@raghu00 yes...because u may have..got some additional marks for ur exp...so u need to be ready with..proper relieving letter....because in call letter there is only written noc/reliveing letter from current/previos emplyer ..(nothing mentioned about private or govt.)
@CHOSEN.1.RISES that means if a Gen Cat guy whose rank is within 11058, he will surely get selected...??
@aghosh54 again not sure..because...if the reserved category seats are filled...and any reserved cat prson having more marks than u..didnt get a place in reserved cat seats...he will be alloted gen cat seat before u
