Written Score is 162 and Interview score is 69.24...General Category....what are my chances and what is my rank....I am from andhra, Can I get Andhra bank....What are other good banks which I can get....everyone is saying that the work of PO will be hectic in the first 2 years when we are PO's what will be the work after 2yrs and after getting promoted...

u can always buy ur notice period...& leave job without completing ur notice period, normally that is equal to ur basic salary.

dost ish bar i dont think ki banks joining date extend karenge but that can be asked to HR after u get a bank & in some cases as bank dont give any priority to job experience so you can simply leave without any notice..:)
