@raghu00even my company has this thing of no notice period buyout for some critical projects...
and say due to my luck i m in d so called critical project 
....but has to find some way ....i have heard fm sm that thr shud b no prb/cmpny cant stop you from getting relieved if u want to buyout....that i willl see when i will go infront of my manager...

hii all.. kaun se banks hain jo probation me bhi leased accomodation aur petrol nd baaki allowances dete hain ...??? any idea guys??

@shiv681 as of now both of us are not in that magical group of 61 ....
as of now we can just wait and watch
ths three for 18,19 and 20 feb...
@raghu00 ye compulsory nhi hai ki wo 3 month tym lenge hi..usse pehle bhi wo relieve kar sakte hain...dat depends...
hii all...cn u plz provide the list of banks providing lease accommodation and petrol and extra allowances during the probation period???
which are the best banks are far as promotions,perks and urban posting is considered ??? 
yes, I will let them know my conditions that I will not be serving the full notice period as I have to join in bank.
So I will request them to let me buy out the number of days which I am not able to serve.
In extreme case , I would request the bank to extend my joining .
Do you have any idea about extension?

if they do this then i think many candidates will not be able to join and also they did accept NOC from Pvt company employees. Even if some one gets NOC , he has to serve notice period in the current company. So NOC has no connection with it.
@ ALL -Do you guys think that those whose ranks are within 22k will surely get a bank?
