po har jagah ek hi respect enjoy karta hai aur ek sa hi kaam aur ek si hi career growth......... sbi log isliye prefer karte kyunki sirf ek antar hai wo hai salary aur perks ka........ but according to me agar ek baar koi bhi po clear ho jaye fir aapko sbi ya ibps po ki preperation karne ke bajaye doosre higher posts yaani rbi grade b ya sebi assistant manager ka hi preperatio karna chahiye...... kitni sahi ahi ye baat?

जो भी भाई लोग रिजर्वेशन के अगेंस्ट हैं या फ़ेवर में उनलोगों से मेरी विनम्र अपील है कि अभी भी देश मे थोड़ा बहुत ही सही लोकतंत्र है उसमें अपनी बात कहने के पर्याप्त मंच और तरीक़े मौजूद हैं। अच्छा यह होगा कि सभी लोग अपनी बात अन्य मंचो पे रखे और अपने मन का भड़ास जी भर का निकालें । यहां पे कुतर्क करने से ibps के कट ऑफ पे कोई फर्क नही पड़ने वाला ।

Go to England and ask for reservation and privilege . Unse kahna apne 409 saal humare sath ye Kiya wo Kiya. Us basis pe humko reservation do. let's see what happens

After the merger of Vijaya and Dena Bank with BOB, the employees are forced to sign contracts without knowing the terms and conditions. They are asked to sign the offer of employment or opt for VRS. Before merger the government promised to safeguard the rights of employees of smaller banks but now the government seems to be least bothered about their condition. Employees of Dena and Vijaya Banks will get lesser salary than that of BOB employees, at the same time they fear rampant transfers. Their growth and promotions will also get hampered.
When the government cannot protect public sectors which are facing this situation because of the governments mismanagements then why they ask the PSBs to implement government schemes and many other services at low cost or no cost. If PSBs are to be judged by their profit making capacities then the government should stop intervening in their functioning, but if the government want to intervene then it should protect the organisation and also the rights of all the employees associated with that organisation.
Our present government is destroying the Public Sectors in all possible way. This is unfortunate.
