96.75 OBC, probable chances??
Guys, Need some life advice. I'm 25 old, btech from a tier 1 college with 80+ in grad and 90+ in 10th and 12th. Had no idea as to what to do after grad. Chose to prepare for UPSC and gave 2 (unsuccessful) attempts. Wrote IBPS this time as backup (94.xx UR, with avg to above avg interview). I think I have a decent chance at clearing IBPS po. Now to the question. I want to do a MBA from a decent colg but I feel I'm too old for it now. I'll be 26 when I join a colg next year( if I give cat this year), so 28/29 when I finish. 28/29 yo with a fresher job is a bit of a scary situation in my view. Hoping for some inputs/thoughts/advice from u guys. (Living alone rt now) Thanks Ps. 1. No prior work experience 2. Son of a middle class govt servant, hence fees and costs are also to be considered

There should be research on authencity of kundli grah nakshatra etc etc. and i think best data source for this research will be (kundli grah nakshatra) data of the student who got place in reserve list of IBPS PO. 😊 😊 😊

The thing with interviews is that you will be marked on a comparitive basis. Those who may feel that they have performed poorly shouldn't lose hope because the person before you may have performed even worse, and in comparison you may score better marks.
Similarly, those who feel they have performed amazingly well may come across as Mr/Ms. Know-it-all, which may result in poor marks.
All the speculations amount to nothing because whatever will be, will be. The point of this gyan is to remain positive, no matter what.
I, too, have been stuck in this cycle of appearing for competitve exams but, let's just remember that we are mortal beings, meant to play a small role in this huge scheme of things.
It is easier said than done but we must mainatain our calm and place our trust in God/spiritual-higher-power/whatever-you-believe-in that whatever will happen will happen for the best and keep working towards our goals.

Do IBPS have the authority to reduce vacancies of PNB and BOM by itself???? Someone shared the RTI where they have reduced the UR seats of a particukar bank... Is this real ??? Then toh whatever we all are expecting are useless... IBPS will never allow such high vacancies... @vishwjeetpatel @lambanaveen @dgamechanger
Guys with below 90 marks dont have high hopes bcz as we see IBPS has the right to reduce vacancy, they are never going to call 1300 extra people... The RTI shared by one of the guy below, u can see for yourself... If that is true, bhul jao 5548 vacancies.... All hopes of mine just crashed
What is this new bullshit circulating about IBPS decreasing vacancies. IBPS is just a recruiting agency and got no say in the number of vacancies banks decide number of vacancies. As for the rti shared here we can see that out of 75 intended only 50 seats were filled and 25 were left vacant. 15 HI seats and 10 ID seats were left vacant may be due to non availability of candidates or something it's not clear. So this is not IBPS cutting down vacancies because they are not in mood or something.

If someone has his/her name in the reserve list what does that mean?Will he be alloted po seat for sure? If yes by what time can he/she expect the joining date?

Kaun bolta hai bc obc ko jyada fayada ni hta...final result me 4 marks ka margin tha last year...wo 4 marks cover karne me general candidate ki jawani khatm ho jaati hai.....badhiya hai malaai bi luto aur gaali bi na khaao.
a reserve list to the extent of approximately 10 percent of the vacancies under each category has been kept, subject to the availabity of the candidates. iss statement ka matlab yehi hua ki agar kisi category mein agar 251 seats hai toh uska sirf 10% hi reserve mein honge? am i correct?
Everybody in this group is talking about vacancies is gonna be increased or decreased. Its is just not in our hand. I have a suggestion for everybody start preparing for LIC AAO and SBI PO. In both the cases whether you get selected or not you should go for these two bcz these two are much more bigger than IBPS PO and specially LIC AAO. As per trend (2016,2017) there are high chances for increment in vacancies. Simple si baat hai PNB ne 996 vacancies notification k time pr daali hoti to discussion hi nahi hota. Canara bank ki bhi bahut vacancies hai bcz they need staff( one of my friend is working in CANARA) same case PNB k sath hai. Kafi time k baad recruitment kar rha hai. Hopeful raho and 90+ wale safe hai. I got 86.63 only so it is gonna be 50-50 for me.
This is last year allotment vacancies as on 1 st april 2018. Koi vacancies kam nhi hui the and wo pnb case me pwd vacancies jada thi is liye wo general seats me adjust ho gya kyu ki max log first preference pwd quota me bhi PNB ko diye honge. That's it. Chill guys. I am attaching the image below 👇
