The Fair Policy of IBPS.
The IBPS fixes the cut-off and sees the minimum score that
can be adjusted to to fill those vacancies.
So it goes through the scores and finds out that if it keeps the cut-off (47.5,50,76) then all the candidates can be qualify to fill those vacancy and hence
the cutoff is fixed thats why IBPS has kept lower cut-offs for all sections of candidates.
I hope this cleares all your doubt.
EG: a guy scored 105x80/200=42+10=52, a guy scored 90x80/200=36+16 is equal, Fair chance to ALL Candidates.
what do you know from the above statement even with a difference of 15 marks we can compete. This is about the fair policy of IBPS.
