Those who you saying IDBI is going to be pvt please check AIBEA site ..it clearly states that IDBI retained as PSU after idbi officers went on strike...n even we know the govt...recent case is of jat reservation bcz of which govt had to bow down so chillax...the unions wont let the bank to be privatised....And regarding the work culture yes its a hectic schedule but there are great chances of urban posting n salary is better too....i wld anyday prefer a good location instead of a village even if working hrs are more....Rest is upto u guys how u think,.for me its still a 1st preference ..:)

Q: Tell me about yourself ?
ME: told my name, my graduation subject and then after that told my area of interest which is writing articles and got one poem published
Q: RECITE YOUR POEM?ME: recited five lines and told them it is a long poem .Then they asked about family background toldSince my graduation % was low so one of the panelist said - tukka maar ke aayi ho kya?ME: Sir marks saari intelligence show nahi karti and like that. Then, i told them that sir i was non-serious during college time and told about achievements too..Then he passed the interview madamShe asked me how mathematics is used in bankingtoldThen gave one situationsuppose, one day, one guy came into your branch and he's shouting, what will you do?
i told them whatever instructions or guidelines are provided to me i will convince under the ambit of that and try to resolve his issues and help him out.
but they said he is not ready to listen to you
so i again repeated the same thing but it is more important that the opposite person should listen to me then only i can help him.
so they said how can you say you will not provide him help
so they said what your mother will do when you don't listen to whatever she says..
i said - wo mujhe samjhaane ki koshish karti hain..
then they said ki agar tum phir bhi nahi sunti to
me: then she reacts in an authoritative or commanding manner
then they said you should help him:)
i nodded..yes sir
then they again asked what my mother do: i said she is a homemaker
then he again asked the same thing
then asked about my fathers occupation and i said- he is a lecturer in a govt. college and now he will retire on 31st march
so one of the panelist started laughing that itni jaldi retire koi hota hai kya?
so i said yes sir and told him the story about his health issues.. then in between they stopped me .. and said ok ho gayaa..
After that i said thank you and the person panelist sitting in front of me didn't even saw me.. then i said thank you mam.. and came out..
So tell me how was it.. and guess how much marks i can expect and you can even suggest if i have done anything wrong then how to make it right because it will be good for my future interviews.. smile emoticon
The candidates who have secured more than 30 marks from the cutoff and still asking about their chances of selection, I dont think those candidates are genuine.. I think they are just doing it purposefully so that they can make low scoring candidates nervous. Just think for a second guys.. A guy who really scores +30 marks, cant be that dumb to predict his own chances..

Dosto ek doubt ha...last tym cutoff 49.6 tha aur reserved list ka 49.2 tha ....what does it mean those who have scores 49.2-49.5 are considered in reserve list .If so than what are the chances that person with score 49.5 will get job through reserve list
Myscore 98.50.OBC. People tell me tat 90% my job is confirm even though I tell them my Interview was very bad. Really my interview was very bad.I'm very scared but they tell me I'll get through.are they correct am I worrying unnecessarily? Or Will they fail in interview.
