do they fail you in interview?i was cordial with them.could answer most of their questions.the problem is i started sweating profoundly.it always happens with me when i am under pressure.the interviewer even asked me if i was alright..will they fail me for this.have anyone of you heard of anyone failing in ibps interview.Thanking in anticipation 😃

A funny thing I noticed in allotment process is, most of candidates files PNB and IDBI as their first preference but only toppers are placed in these banks. Toppers have endless opportunities with and they don't join for silly reasons. Now PNB and IDBI have highest number of vacancies in waiting lists. Now toppers of waiting lists will be placed in these banks. IBPS can't solve this issue but it sounds strange that a person who got 60 marks in PO is at better place than a person who got 70. No1 knows how is ur interview ....only and only ibps ppl knows..........smbdy is sayng I interview is avg some syng bad some gud......if u r sayng bad but what they want they see in u....u will get 70 and u hav given all the answer and ur thinks u had a gud interview ...nd u get less mark....no1 knows ...lets they judge u ...dnt judge urself

One of my frnd ....got 100 last year....she had very gud interview ....she was not in even reserve list last......and another frnd got 89.25 is in reserve list with below avg interview....so dnt predict urself.....

if it is true then there is no need to be bother about any particular centre. high,low,average marks at all centre will be the same.
Analysis says tht +20 above d cut off is a safe score..mine is +19.25 abv cutoff..general cat...will it b safe fr me as well..askng coz dese decimals also create a major diff in final allotment n wid gen cat it bcmes mre doubtful..mine is 95.25 in written ie "38.10" in writtn n avg int so i may get 38.1+12=50.1 finally... can i get allotment...plz clarify fr d last tym as m vry doubtful since d marks hd been declared n cant carry dis restlessness fr d rest of d 50 days ir so..so plz provide a clear picture..can d cutoff fr gen be 50 point smethng as many hv scored vry well dis tym 100+ n many obc,s will also qualify under UR??????
