According to gs, some candidates who scored 20 to 30 marks above cut off, with a good interview, in CWE PO 4, didn't get qualified... This is impossible.. At that score, even 40 in interview must fetch him a job... I really doubt GS' merit in analysis...

.in ibps po 4 vacancy notification there are 8212 vacancy for general..but in ur list there only 7365 names..so where are rest of vacancy..where they have gone..similar happens in ibps po 3..10719 vacancy but in list there were 9300 something names only
are they for reserve list?????
