which interview is considered better when compared between the following scenarios..                                            (kyu ki....kuch se sirf banking hi poochte hai.......aur kuch ka interview sirf academic background aur hr pe ho hota hai....)...

  • questions does matter, kuch bhi bolo…confidence ke sath
  • judicious mix of both hr questions and banking questions
  • lots of question on academic background, job experience and hr , relatively less or no banking question
  • lots of banking question, no or min questions on academic background and job experience

In normalization tough is never considered in literal sense...rather it is based upon the performance of candidates in that slot...highest marks,average marks and many are compared in both slot respectively the tougher slot is decided....this method is not foolproof coz there is one assumption and which is "in both slot there are candidates with equal capabilities" so prediction is almost impossible without knowing all those figures....

going by different posts. It's clear that number of attempts in slot 1 are more than that of slot 2 . So how much marks can we expect through normalization in slot 2 due to its toughness??
