Phase 2 has only one advantage over phase 1 that is computer(marks will be increased due to normalization)..don't mislead guys..some one said 7-8 marks add on with ur raw score in phase 2..
my take:u don't have any idea what normalization is
I was going through some previous year's final marks(general allotment)..i found guys with as low as the cutoff marks being allotted bank of baroda etc..is it possible to get first preference banks by just clearing cutoff out of 100? My first pref is bob.anyone can throw some light on this?
