Bhai jo bhi patna center pe interview die ho... Sabka 8-10 minutes ka hi interview hua kya?? And hows ur interview how much marks they do give in interviews???!!!!
since every one is concerned about possibilities of score at their centre..let me shoot one too :P
when i was waiting outside of interview room with a guy who was supposed to go before me..he told me he appeared from mumbai last year and the interview panel was "Mast" that is word he used..he told me they just asked few questions related to me and my family and few jokes they cracked and that was all ..and he got 75 marks..
i asked how is it here (Noida) he said " bhai average pakad lo..aise hi hai yaha to )
so mumbai and noida aspirants what is your take.....i am asking feedback from both of the place coz it is normal thinking ki dusre centres par achhi marking hoti hai jaha par main appear ho rha hu ye sabse badnaam centre h..
If written marks are normalised then why not interview marks!!! A centre awards high marks to their candidates but another centre award low marks. Interview marks should also be normalised. What do u think Puys??

Everyone of us want INDIA to become developed country like USA but none of us ever say that we the INDIA citizen would become as hardworking... as committed ..as professional as an US citizen for our countries growth !! do you agree that the real problem with our present state is our mediocre and dole seeking citizens rather than the institution ??(for eg many have expressed themselves that Bank PO is a highly strenuous job and hence not fit to be done .....that one should try SSC posts like ITI etc which are easy going and the underhand earning is handsome !!!!!!!!)) (hard work is not appreciated but the corrupts are !!!!)

Does score in PO exams really shows the capability of a candidate?
Are interviewers really inter'VIEW'ing? How can one judge a person in 5/10 minutes! It is mostly dependent on Venue too.
If both are no, then this exam is only for mere selection of 'n' number of candidates but not 'n' bankers.

For all those who are making wild predictions,
During IBPS PO/MT - IV, Last year, the Interview Processes got over on 28th January, and written marks were declared on 6th February at 01 : 00 a.m. (means after the midnight of 5th February).

During RRB - IV, this year, the Interview Processes got over on 4th December, and written marks were declared on 16th December.

I can understand your anxiety, but the point is that no one can predict exact date and time, So kindly have patience...
