Sorry for posting over here but was very curious to know about some of the perks of the bank PO-
1) whats the difference between HRA and home lease...? Can a person avail both? During probation period will a bank PO get these facilities?
2) And what about petrol/travelling allowance...? How much petrol allowance does a bank PO get during and after probation period?
3) What medical cover does psb bank PO get...? Is it a fixed amount per month or like sbi(100% for self and 75% for family)?
Former and current bank PO's are specially requested to clear this doubt...
final cutoff will not be more than 48 out of 100 ..

interview max. to max. 90 (normalised 18)
total 48 around.

I enrolled in 1 week interview preparation programme of a leading institute on advice of a friend and after completing it I have to say it was a complete waste of time and money.I did not gain anything from it.
my advice to all those looking to join coaching for interview prep.-dont do it.Self introspection and preparation will help you more.
