what are the KRAs of a PO?? though as a trainee we are supposed to learn each and every aspect of daily operation in a bank..but such questions are asked frequently in interview, and answer " to learn everything" is quite a cliché...any particular task we are supposed to do as a PO on daily basis??

I hope you all are preparing well for the interview, keep it in mind that it is a personality test, not a knowledge test.
So you have to avoid being negative at any moment during the interview, keep in mind, one negative thought and it reflects on your face.
Example: Year 2002, TISCO interview at TATA center Kolkata:
while giving my introduction I said "....... my father is an engineer" . One of the interviewer stopped me and said "What do you mean by engineer, we all are engineers here". This made me little upset and I could feel that my expression was a bit changed and for a moment I lost my cool. With a wry smile I continued "OKk, He is a Junior Engineer".
Believe me this small aggression, changed the behavior of all other interviewers and they started grilling me.
On the other hand I could have said the same thing without showing my aggression.
Hope you will learn from this mistake of mine.
Never allow negativity to grow even for one moment.

for ibps clerk.. Koi bata sakta hai ki pre ki cuttoff all india level hogi ya state wise ... math KI HIGHEST cuttoff kya hogi... i am in very tension coz..my attempt in pre ENGLISH=20 .. 23 reasoning 100% accuracy maths 13.. ..... CLEAR HONE KE CHANCES HAI KYA ..
