Then what should I need to write in "Reason for Leaving" column?
A person comes hurriedly to branch to encash cheque of 1 lakh. The person gives reason of urgency as "Goods to be unloaded from truck. Party is saying payment required before unloading. He will incur heavy loss if payment not made."You are cash officer and find minor difference in signature.Account holder lives far away and his phone switched off. Will you pay or deny?Two scenarios- u pay n later find it was forged; u dont pay n it was proved genuine. Answer keeping both situations in mind.

You ,an officer have issued a dd to an old man but in the evening you recall that you forgot to sign it. You remember that the person said he needs the dd for daughters admission in abc college and tomorrow is last date for submission. You checked the dd voucher he forgot to mention phone number and address mentioned is only city name. He paid by cash n is not an acc holder. What will you do? Clerks will say its officers headache.
