I m working in BOI SINCE 2YRS AS SWO-B.. DOUBTS R WELCOME..
You guys may get a mail in from you respective bank. The mail will have details about the doumentation process. Then you will be alloted batch wise for documentation. Documentation takes a whole day. So whenever you plan for documentation make sure to keep one more day as buffer for medical test. During documentaation banks will make you ask you to fill lot of forms. Then one by one document process simultaneously LPT will happen. For me as my documentation got completed by evening i had to go for medical the other day. Don,t worry much about LPT. Medical is also a smooth process. Post that you will get training mail which will happened at our time after 20 days of documentation. Post training you will asked to join the branch directly. This process was of 2018. I am not certain if it is follwed by every bank. I heard DENA bank didnt give training at all. Direct joining. So bank to bank it differs. Now the scenes have changed due to covid situations. Not sure how banks will follow the process. But please do keep a check on your mail(every folder) regulary and stay in touch with friend who got selected with you for any update. Best wishes on your new journey. Please dont take all suggestion at face value. It may not apply exactly as everyone's situation is different. During my time i looked for someone already working in the bank. I got the help from them.That's the sole reason i am here.
