If you're from UP , then I'm sorry . But it doesn't seem like they conduct exams there . Just saw a video and this begs the question about the nature of conduct of all the other exams prior to this. Very bad .. if this how exams are conducted , then no wonder there's high cut offs and studying people don't get jobs . Bad bad .
