Bihar me b gajab rule hai, pehle 6379 post nikala JE ka wo b ekdum mast 4600 grade pay, but only diploma ko allow kiya, ab 6875 vacancies aur nikala hai, contractual(30k+ salary), usme b 5500 seat diploma walo ka, pta nhi degree walo se kya problem hai Nitish babu ko.
