a reserve list to the extent of approximately 10 percent of the vacancies under each category has been kept, subject to the availabity of the candidates. iss statement ka matlab yehi hua ki agar kisi category mein agar 251 seats hai toh uska sirf 10% hi reserve mein honge? am i correct?
