after various analysis and watching youtube videos i have now partialy agree with @ChaL-bey -_- it is true in high cutoff zone who ever getting 110+ will be safe...so if your least expected marks is greater than 110 you will clear the cutoff from any state....and those whose least expected marks less than 110 is in border line in high cutoff states... -_-
