according to me iss sal cutoff pichle saal se kam hona chahiye... because of sbi clerk...for example mere state se 308 gen log sbi clerk k liye select hue hai....to ussme se 100 to aise honge hi jo iss sal ibps clerk mains deta to selection le jata...to automatically hamare state ka vacancy +100 man sakte hai..aisa sabhi state ka hal hai...what do u think guys?
