One thing which I observed today was that in sbi clerk , Delhi's & Uttarakhand's vacancies were merged into one. They were treated as a single state. So essentially, people from both states were competing for barely 105 UR seats.Now, this also acted as a catalyst in increasing Delhi's final cutoff for sbi clerk. But in ibps clerk they both are being treated as a separate state. Hence, cutoff for Delhi won't be as high as it was in Sbi w.r.t other states

People on this thread with less than 110 marks can be classified into two categories:-
