mere ghar k paas ek bhaiya rahte thy jab me chotha tha aur wo mujhse bht pyr krte thy.... wo jab b apne ghr par aty thy puri colony me celebration hota tha... mje lgta tha isliye esa hota h shyd qki wo sb k lie gift laate thy.... par ek din esa aya jab unke aane pe celebration nhi hua.... shaanti thi colony me...aur garv tha waha rhny wale har ek ko.... wo shaheed ho gye thy .... ye wo din tha jab 26th jan and 15th aug mere lie bas ek chuththi nhi rah gye thy....... bht chothi umar me deshbhakti ki bhavna mjhme a gyi thi..... aj unke dono chothy bhai bhi desh ki seva kar rhy h.... mera salaam h us ma par jo raat me khud chain se nhi so pati..taki desh ki saari ma, raat me sukoon se so pae..... 


aur han sahas aur shakti sirf desh k jawaan me nhi.... unki family me bhi hoti.. ek ansu nhi gira unke papa ka...... ankho me chamak dekhi thi mene us din.... Jai hind

#Cutoffs Prediction for IBPS CLERK MAINS 2018..


Hi Everyone..
From the last 3 days, I have analysed a lot about the approx ranges of this year's cutoffs. So, my genuine unbiased findings are given below.. which I hope to be correct..


Base of My Analysis - No. of Candidates, Level of Examination, Selection Ratio, Base Average Attempts to Marks Ratio, Seats to Cutoffs Ratio of..... "IBPS Clerk Mains 2017", and "SBI Clerk Mains 2018" (Coz both of these examinations are having the same pattern of sectional timings as well as marks allotted to all 4 sections)


Also, I have taken help of some surveys regarding individual attempts in mains examination conducted by different websites, their reviews and expert opinions on some of the youtube channels about the merit level of mains exam.. (Jab tk majority ne kya kiya ya unki kya soch h.. ye nhi janenge.. tb tk hum kisi v cheez ka sahi conclusion nhi nikaal skte, so ek bar ye v krna zaroori tha)


Now,, coming to the Point.. ranges are given below.. (Only for Gen cat)

P.S.- These given ranges may fluctuate a bit on 1st April 2019, directly propotional to the final increase or decrease in the vacancies of some states. Specially- Bihar, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh..

@Vihar12 se mulakat hui ahmedabad me....Bht hi achcha banda hai... aur baate bhi kaafi achchi karta hai.... jitni tareef ki jae utni kam hai..... meri trh usko bhi selection na pane ka gam hai....... ladenge sbi po k lie qki abhi bhi dum hai..... patience jyada aur besabri kam hai... dikha denge duniya ka ki hum hum hain


Train me PG k kuch aurlogo se bhi mulakat hui...... Hotel me bhi.... nd phir Vihar se bhi... kher wo aur me ek hi center pe thy and center k ek hi room me...


PG pe aya tha me majak masti krne par kuch achche dost bna lie hain...  Thanks PG :)

I don't know why it's so difficult for some people to comprehend this, but those with less than 110 marks have meagre chance to get this job, for most of the states this time. 

Cutoffs will be soaring heights this year, partly because of the Easy Question paper and partly owing to the fact that competition has increased manifold (Effect of which was observed in previous exams). 

Not to dishearten anyone or something but hope shouldn't be the only thing you must be carrying until 1st of April, rather continue your preparation for other exams, cause 1st April won't give job to every single candidate that appeared in mains. 

They'll be rejecting 9 out of every 10 candidates, keep that in mind.
