Ratio for clerk mains is somewhere between 1:5 to 1:10. not exact 1:10. in my state the centre i got has capacity of that ratio only. 1:15 ya 1:20 nahi liye hain 100% confirm. last year the took 1:5 this year almost same i think. All the best for mains :)
