Hello guys....anyone applying for BIS Scientist post ??
जोर का झटका धीरे से.. एक पाकिस्तानी विमान अपने 100 बहादुर सैनिको के साथ रनवे पर उतरा ग्राउण्ड स्टाफ ने उनको हाथों हाथ लिया। पायलट बोला आज हमने दुश्मनो के 2 टैंक उड़ा दिए। वे हमारे पीछे लग गए थे लेकिन मैंने उनको ऐसा चकमा दिया कि वे हमसे मीलो दूर रह गए। तभी ग्राउंड स्टाफ का एक सदस्य बोला वो तो ठीक है पर आपने एक छोटी सी गलती कर दी, पायलट बोला-कैसे ? ग्राउंड स्टाफ का सदस्य बोला- कुछ नहीं सर जी! बस आपने ख़ुशी-ख़ुशी में हवाई जहाज इस्लामाबाद कि जगह अहमदाबाद में उतार दिया।

now as i m selected . so i m going to share my whole preparation strategy. i m 2011 passout. i hav been selected in wrtn almost 10 PSU but cant able to get any one of them finally. but one thing i want to say interview depends on two thing:
most important is hardwork u had done, then luck....... in last 2and half year 1st time luck is on my side and i m able to get in

i told him around 10 types almost,he asked me more............... sir geothermal,biogas, MHD
MHD.................... GOOD go ahed explain each and every thing about it............i explained because i hav a sub non conventional energy. in my b.tech so 5 min i speak...........then chairman : i m impressed........ u explain it beautifully.......... i m impressed......... i was in shock.......... then one person told me SIR is the chief of MHD PROJECT of HAL-ISRO MANGALYAN..........

moral of the story .............. every dog has his day.......... and 3rd dec is mine......... kyoki maine MHD btech me interest le le kar 3-4 bar padha tha jo ki aaj 3 saal aur 10-11 psu interview k bad mushe kaam diya..............so jo padho man se padho are jab humse interviwer impressed ho sakta hai to kisi se bhi ho sakta hai
one more thing in psu - wo hamara depth of knowledge napte hai 15 se 20 min me , so u need to be strong in each and every subject of ur branch and in psu they want frm u wht practical application of theory u knw thts all dosto last 1saal se hum yaha es forum pe hai.......... it helps u to go in wrt direction .................. mera jivan bhi full of failures se bhara hua tha aaj saam tak wrtn to clear ho jata tha par interview nahi.............. par 20 acche min ne meri life badal di................... so ek na ek din sabka hota hai.............. so work hard until u get success

for hal mt 2014-written.............if u want to clear with exellent marks u just need to solve ies nums very fast and accurately because gate ka num ka ans to aajkal sabkoi yaad rakta hai.........lekin u cant able to memorise each IES NUM kyoki quantity jyada hai .........this provide u nitrus oxide for ur written.in 2012 every slot hav gate nums but 2013 me gate+ies ........... jaisa mere paper me tha ies num +gate ..........lekin maine ies ka num bhi lagaya hua tha so im in. one more thing each day see som num question of gate + ies last 15 year only 15 and 10 min each............. sare k sare exam nikal gaayege................ and 15 days before exam only 5 years before........... strating me to mushe bhi kharab lagta tha num ratta marne me aur mera last year barbaad ho gaya kewal interview de de kar
aur raha sawal badluck ka to ssc je exam me utpal mirnal type kar lena 1st paper me cutoff 100.75 hai aur mera 100 hai................ result nov 5 ko aaya tha ....... aaj dec 10 hai fortune changes in a month........ hum to ssc je me confurm the kyoki 2nd paper me 180 aaram se aa jata....... one more thing wht i want to say by this sscje marks....... 2012 me sc je ka cutoff 89.50/200 tha,2013 me100.75/200............... so cut off depends upon level of question jasise SJVN me 110 se to upar hi gaya ho ga 150 me........... kyoki pura RK JAIN THA..............HENCEFORTH 4 wrtn devote 30 extra min for num ratta maar agar psu me final selection chahiye .....................this post is tribute to only those average guy like me who is working hard from many many days in the search of success......

As i had anticipated and expected, i did not make it to HAL!!! 😠
Guess GOD wants to punish me more severely for several more months for all the mistakes that i did!!😠
Or i guess i do not deserve to be selected for such a pathetic performance in the interview!😠
Whatever the reason maybe! I am not sure if i would be appearing for any more PSUs! I feel like i have hit a dead end wall!!😠
I would like to personally thank each and everyone who made my short journey in this thread very memorable and for all those inputs and suggestions that helped me!! Thanks a lot guys!! 👍👼

Today is the most disappointing day in my life..
I failed to clear HAL written exam..after a couple of days gave my elitmus exam..got call frm CGI for the post of associate software engineer..i got the call via email on 10 dec and the interview was scheduled on 11dec..but frm 9 dec to till now i was suffering frm fever, so i did'nt chek my mail over my phone as well as on my lap.. i worked damn hard but could not make it due 2 my carelessness..its very silly..but hurts more..hope u all will learn a lesson by considering my bitter experience..

I need URGENT HELP!!!
I have been selected to MT(IMM). The scenario is like this:
I am currently employed in a IT firm and have to serve 2 months notice period: Resign date 10th Dec and Last working day will be 10th Feb according to company policy.
I wanted to know two things:
1. HAL as asked releiving letter from current employer - is this mandatory to sumbit at the time of reporting - 27th Dec
2. Does HAL allow extension of joining date.
Please help guys, I need verified info on this. The HR in current company is not understanding the situation. I can manage to join HAL from 30th Dec according to call letter and continue but my releiving letter may reach my hand only in Feb.
