I was wondering if someone can throw light on minimim no. of questions which needs to be correct if one wants to score 38+ in verbal ( passive voice 
)
- I think first 5-6 should be right,
- Last 2-3 dont matter much
- Overall out of 41 - 35 should be correct
All the three conditions must be fulfilled to get 38+
Someone told me that
- infact upto 3 incorrect in each section,
- first 3-4 correct
-overall 32+ correct is sufficient to score 38+
pls let me know if anybody has ne different idea/ opinion.

a) Awkward construction -- the non-underlined part doesn't connect well.
b) the phrase "from the licorice plant" is awkwardly inserted between "which was recently discovered" and "50 times sweeter than sucrose" and this "licorice" phrase should have been closest to the "a substance". Moreover, it should be "discovered to be 50 times..."
c) "which" modifies plant --- wrong
