I am also planning to give GMAT .
I have been working in an MNC for 2 years and my educational background is BTech.
To get myself in a schedule , i first thought of joining some Professional Coaching, and had enquired both TIME and IMS Pune. Now , after seeing many suggestions in Pagalguy, it seems to me that it is better to do self-preparation with all the study-materials available online.
It will be great for all of us if we know each other and that can help all of us work towards our goal.

I am also targeting to appear for GMAT around March-April 2012 . Wanted to appear for GMAT this year and try for isb .. but could not to do it due to professional constraints:( and also being somehow lost in the world of procrastination. This time want to make long term preparation to nail GMAT
A little background about me
B.Tech...4 yrs Experience in IT .. have appeared for CAT 4 times , today being the most recent one 
.... going by my performance don't think it wud be any different from last 2 attempts ( hovered around 95%ile in last two attempts )
I guess we should all meet together and make long term plans for GMAT

@manfin I am done with OG 12 and for Verbal I have gone through Manhattan books and now doing OG - 10 but have stopped the prep from 2 eeks because was down with fever.
Now all raring to go again.
@all Can you please share your location so that we can decide on meeting point and decide the date and venue suitable to all to sharing the study plans and stuffs.

Also sorry everyone for being away ... I was actually devasted after taking GMAT Prep test last Tuesday .. .My score was really pathetic .. Just 400 ... I didn believe it after I saw my results .... But as suggested by my fellow PGuys 😃 I started with checking where I went wrong (basically creating an error log) to check all questions in Preptest... Most of the questions were logical questions and it was my silly mistake that I answered them incorrectly .... this was expected as I was actually studying after almost 8 yrs of my professional career in IT now.
Anyways, it was good as it motivated me to start my GMAT preparation finally .... now started with OG 12th edition (again as recommended by fellow PGuys )
I am confident that good GMAT score is managebale ...after all it basic maths which we probably studied in school/ college ... some tricky Verbal questions which needs some efforts !!

I am preparing for GMAT for past 1 month and was searching for a group in pune to share knowledge to get the best!
Best way to start is plan and meet somewhere so that we can know about each one and get more in the group. We need to start a good preparation for it as soon as possible.
