Are you guys planning to attend any coaching in bangalore for GMAT May 2012. Is there any good coaching institute in bangalore.

Ideally you dont need coaching for GMAT,
but if you feel inclined to go for coaching classes for various reasons, you can try getting a demo class with CrackVerbal or Education Aisle.
Decide after the demo class which one you want to go to.

Run away from anyone who promises the Moon and does not provide a demo class.

Thanks sausi, I went to jamboore to inquire they are hopeless and unprofessional, then i went to crackverbal they asked me to attend a demo session on 7 jan as they are off for christmas and new year in the next two weekends. Are you studying yourself or taking any coaching?

The set of books generally used are:
1. OG 12
2. MGMAT SC Guide
3. Powerscore CR Bible
4. OG Review (Both Verbal and Quant), this should be done after OG 12
5. Additional practice, OG 11
If you need additional help for RC, you could look at the MGMAT RC Guide or RC99 by Aristotle Prep.

I am also planning to give GMAT in May 2012. Seriously Targeting 750 +
I would like to join the study club. I am from Bangalore.Aiming to apply for ISB Hyd in R1.

My profile :
XII = 81%
X = 71%
B.Tech ( computer Science) = 8.67 /10
approx 2 yrs of exp in IT ( software developer).
Not very good extra curricular

SC- manhattan SC guide
CR- power score bible

Suggest some good material for RC

Thanks for the infomation.

I have the academics as below :

10th : 73%
12th : 79%
B.tech : 61%

Presently working for a IT Company as Manager with 8+ years of experience.
Perhaps,I have moved 6 companies in this tenure.Does it have any impact on getting seat at ISB?

Please suggest.Also provide the GMAt score minimum required to get into ISB.
