Late last week I received confirmation of admission to GIM!
Name is Joel Fonseca, a B.Com from Bombay with 20 months work-ex in a BPO-Financial services. Was thrilled on getting admission to GIM-an ethic based b-school!
Really looking forward to meeting, all of you.

Hey so we met 3rd time in a row....that too on friday the 13th......man was scared this date might have its toll on the meet ...but that was not to be....though i did get my share of v bad luck at night around 12 as my bike got punctured in the middle of a flyover on my way back.....
reached home after 3 am....and was able to set new records of reaching late......
abt the meet....
well we were a group of 8-9 ....thats...me, anil,moneet,anish,neha,sonam,shruti,sapna,vikas and bhavesh(not jng GIM)....we talked and talked...and talked......sorry sonam abt ur friend...i can understand she was feelin really bored......me and anil also had a punga with delhi police ...he was w/o helmet and the bike no. was not visible.....well he was a nice man and left us w/o any fine shine......:)
chalo lookin forward to next meet.......i guess some1 said CP......so CP it will be........people working decide on the date and time....

can u believe 9 of us turned up fr the third Delhi meet?
it was great fun..we chatted, ate, and again chatted 😃 ....started at 2:00 and the meet ended at arround 5...so nearly 3 hours ( still short of 5 hours, which we had last time ). met Sapna, Shruti, Vikas and Sonam for the first time...cool guys
other than these 4, 5 of us had already met (me, Anish, Rajiv, Neha, moneet and bhavesh).
it shows how enthusiastic delhi guys r? and i m sure Delhi is going to dominate 2005-2007 Batch!!!
Anyway Ghiyaz, we missed u..i m sorry that i was unable to make a last minute change in the timing of the meet.... Goa main milte hai yaar

let us plan the meet no 4 in which i'll make it a point to come .... lets plan it anywhere which is comfy to you all .. If it's CP -- No probs....
I think coming sat/sun wud be the best for the same .. hope this time the number swells more ... kya bolte ho yaaron ....

Hello all,
Some news from Bangalore now.We had a great meet(my first) yeterday at Coffee Day MG Road.We were originally scheduled to meet up at Barista,but on a Sunday thats wishful thinking.Anyways we made ourselves cozy at Coffee Day and what a time we had.
Firstly the seniors outnumbered the freshies.There were 5 of us freshies- Neha,Sriram,Sanjana,Vikram and yours truly.There were 9 seniors which included the likes of Rajaram,Pratham,Prateek,Tanmay,Gauri,Arun et al.
In two hours we got quite a glimpse of GIM, life on campus,food joints there,and not to mention the course itself.Rest assured there was never a dull moment.
All in all , we had a good time and looking forward to doing more of the same.

the mumbai junior-senior meet is tentatively scheduled for this sunday
(22/05/2005) evening at say, Bandra, Barista (linking road) These plans and
location are tentative. if everybody ( both juniors and seniors) are ok
with it, then we can finalize it. if there are any objections please let us
know by wednesday. Juniors plz post here to Confirm....i guess there shrinivas, joel....ahmar i dunno
whether ure still in mbai. sandy..will u come for the GIM meet on sunday?
