your overall profile is decent. its not an easy task to be a national level player. concentrate on the written exams, keep updated on current-affairs, improve your general awareness, and most importantly know yourself well. be frank in the interview, you'll do fine. people with worse profile have made it to IIMs this year.
only prob though is SPJain most probably won't take you, so better not waste money on the form, c'mon just one top-10 skool less doesn't make much of a difference. there is MDI- a rocking school which give maximum weightage to CAT score.
and also IIM A's this years call-giving criteria was 70%+ in 10th and 12th. but then again who knows they might change that next year to average of 10th and 12th 70%+, then u too will hav a chance. y i'm saying this is bcoz last year their criteria was heavily tilted towards those with >90% in 10th & 12th. this year came down to a lower limit of 70. who knows what will happen next time.
and lastly something which has been said over a hundred times in PG
STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE PAST. THINGS WHICH ARE DONE WITH. THINGS YOU CAN'T GO BACK AND CHANGE NOW. FOCUS ON THE EXAMS.

) you took a break from studies and instead of doing a salaried job you did your bit for the society in your free time. then you can elaborate further about how enriching the experience was and what positive impact it had on you.

for you already. If you read them then your comprehension skills might as well degrade. Apart from that they might prove to be very bad for your mind and body and might cause you irreversible damage and cause dementia at a very early age.
