What was the telephonic interview like?

@MHV I had my second round of telephonic interview with a prof sterday evening. He said i might hav to come to ISB for final interview if I get selected to the next round. By april 2, full results wil b out. And interview was not mandatory for all, was what I heard from Sona, fpm admissions officer.

Just a generic question : Teaching experience is mandatory to get a call from any of the IIMs ?
@hvyrud i dnt think so that teaching experience is mandatory ... it depends on lots of other factors like ur acads, test scores, SOP, LOR and experience whether in industry or in acads. I myself is having a teaching experience of 3.5 years bt could not get a call from IIM B and got a call from IIM A bt could not convert it to acceptance ...

to all those who have applied for FPM at ISB- The shortlist will be out in April 1st week and that is when you will find out if you have been selected or if you have to go for an interview. So all I can say is have patience.

@Adymos Have u called them up ? Aren't they suppose to inform by 2nd April as mentioned on their web site ? Also, as u have written, they will post the list including those called for interview, which means it would take the whole of April for the admission procedure of ISB, I suppose. Will the list be posted on their web site's FPM section or will they be e-mailing individually or will our online account will be used ? I have read in this forum that someone has given telephonic interview for ISB FPM, so are telephonic interviews are just part of the process and if cleared will have to appear for in-person interview ?
