Football Club -- Part Deux

So finally United ran out of luck in away games...It was bound to happen with the kind of performances dispalyed by United in away fixtures..

I just hope its a wake up call and they perform like they do at home games in away ones as well....

Cheers!!!

All good/bad things come to an end eventually ( Good or bad is open to interpretation )

wooh buddy.. seems like you checked out last year's league table!!
Chelsea and united have a difference of 10 points.. with Chelsea having a game in hand..!!

Yeah and so all the talk about replicating the invincibles goes rite out of the window.. there is and will be only one invincible team in the premier league.. united can keep trying though..!!
can't tell you it such and amazing soothing feeling m getting rite now, after the cruel draw earlier..!!
cheers..!!

P.S- screw you Shebby Singh.. our title chances ain't over until we say they are over.. !!

Champions League starts on 15th Feb. Hopefully it will add some spice to the league fixtures.

I think the fixtures on this day had some incredibly high scoring matches with an 41 goals scored in 8 matches :lookround:

Huh invinciblesadly the invincibles are without any trophies for the last 7 years, the invincibles have never seen European glory ever.

Ya get soothing feeling now, because anyways Champions league matches are near,I hope u understand, what I mean;)
And Shebby Singh is right because every season, you have good chances of winning the league, and what happens in the end everybody knows.Bottom line is you are stilll 4 points behind us with one game against us,so you can only dream for the league and who knows for how many years u ll be dreaming..

Arsene Wenger is known to be an economic genius, and not once has he changed his stance despite all shortsighted critics claim. Wenger's sagaciousness was his ally, when every one around him, including the club's own fans...

Won't comment on how credible the text in this post was; but being called an economic genius is 'great news' for an Economics prof, and not a football manager:thumbsup:

How I would put this:
If you like reading about football and various leagues, you'll know of those calculated and shrewd 'speculations', that are a part of this game. In many a places, I have read that a good goalkeeper in the side means atleast 10 more points added.. for each season. Now, this might vary according to the team in question, and the league we are considering, but certainly the weight on the GK's shoulders is . A loss-could-be-a-draw, a-draw-could-be-a-win.. or easiest way to put this: you never lose if you do not concede!

Now if Arsene Wenger puts in lets say, a whopping 30mp for a world class goalkeeper:lookround:, it might result in more than just a compliment!! A wiser decision is all that is called for.. usually

PS- No idea how good that Polish guy is, but he is definitely too young!:

Is that too hard to understand?Invincible means Invincible | Define Invincible at Dictionary.com
Arsenal 2004 was invincible not afterwards.
Anyways your posts, smilees and logic never makes sense. If we haven't won for 7 years,we won't win forever, really stumped to see your weird logic and dear there is a simple calculation 2011-2005=6 years not 7.

There is news of Man Utd going for athletico Keeper De Gea as their number 1 for next season. He is 20 years old same as Schesny. The only advantage that he has is he has over 60 caps for athletico already which means he became no 1 at around 18 years of age.Age shouldnt be the sole criteria. Schesny has got great in the box presence , is an incredible shot stopper and has amazing confidence. The only thing lacking in him is his ball distribution and goal kicks which he himself has said he's working n day and night. He is good keeper and if he continues playing can be an incredible keeper.

PS- Found an incredible peace of Trivia -Wolves have won 7 games this season of which they have beaten Pool,Chelsea,Utd and City yet they lie rock bottom.

I think Arsenal don't mind being 4 points down right now. Coz United have a tougher schedule to end the season. Chelsea games left. Manc and liverpool at anfield. Which is what I heard from various news sources so plz don't name call or argue about it! Added to that fact is that Arsenal have played without their best defender for over 95% of the season, and he comes back soon (I hope), I'm just glad we are still in the race. And I think you can't rule chelsea out just yet coz they have two games against united. Torres loves playing against them so they may get 6 points off them.

Barcelona win 3-0 at Atletico Madrid, Messi scores a hat trick to go top of the goal scorers standings with 24 goals, Ronaldo has 22

An entire teams death in munich air disaster cud nt finish MAN UTD, thn wat makes ppl think 1 loss to bottom team can finish UNITED's run for title???

And ya that guy joey barton is an absolute disgrace to football.. this is the nth time i have seen such a stupid challenge from him.. the bloody loser does not care if his one stupid tackle can destroy people's career.. disgraceful absolutely.. all he says after breaking people's legs is sorry.. could have been the same last night! yes diaby deserved a red card but joey barton deserved what diaby gave him and a red card too..!!
Phil dowd would have refreed better with his eyes blindfolded.. refrees stil give the stupidiest of decisions under pressure from the home crowd..ridiculous!!

Could have just killed off the game with both teams looking so close. If Chelsea don't win today they can kiss their chances of winning the EPL goodbye.
I have never left an oppurtunity to make fun of any liverpool fan but going to the bridge and getting a result is v v tough. For that respect to liverpool:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: Hope to see them revive and throw the sheikhs out of the top 4 next season. So that the Big 4 can be BIG 4 again:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: King kenny doing a great job:cheerio:

PS- on current form am worried chelsea might not qualify for the champs league.Esp with 2 matches against the red devils. Wats the difference with tottenham ???

ha ha...See how quickly opinions change...Till yesterday these 2 were counted a double on United(a tough one nonetheless) but now its a tough ride for Chelsea...

Nothin can beat EPL!!!!

Chelsea fans right now are looking for a 14 day money-back guarantee on Torres !!

HA HA HA HA !
