Can you let me know how many times Arsene Wenger has termed anything anti-football.Yes,He has openly bashed horrific tackles whether done by Wilshere or Taylor or Shawcross which ultimately makes Premier League look ugly.Just remember number of idiotic tackles and leg breaks this season. When Arsenal played at Birmingham, fans sang Taylor appreciation chants just to remind us Eduardo's leg break which literally marred his career.Isn't it Anti-football?? Wasn't DeJong's ,Shawcross's ,Taylor's tackle anti football??If you think physicality is USP of premier league, believe me this unnecessary physicality is letting Premier League down.Don't go into UEFA coefficient's,PL has produced only one WPOTY till now.
Football is not a "touch me not game"..It is about the physical strength too along with other factors...And as per latest stats Arsenal is the team with 2nd worst disciplinary record with 38 Y and 5 R right after City with 47 Y and 5 R..
No player goes for an intention to harm other player while going for a tackle, its just bad timing + bad luck..So to say that other team are physical and does not let us play is indeed unsporting, specially with CB's like Squallici and Koscheliny who lack physical strength there is not much that Prof. can do...

Yup,our disciplinary record have been worst.Primary reason for this is our playing style which forces us to play high defensive line and makes us vulnerable to counterattack and that is why we have to tackle which ultimately leads to cards. Thanks for reminding me that Football is not touch me not game. But how many players have suffered such horrific tackles in other leagues that have been more successful than Premier League. Why doesn't bad tackle + bad timing + bad luck happen in other leagues.Who has termed physicality unethical??Haven't we won against physical teams with those CB's.Were great defenders like Nesta,Cannavaro,Maldini,Baresi,Fachetti physical?? Players like De Jong,Shawcross come back after 3 match ban while their victims remain sidelined for a long time.Is it justified? I don't know why are you linking physicality with anti-football.My and Arsene's point is excessive physicality affecting other players career is anti-football.
It official now!!! Edin Deiko joins Manchester City for a whopping 27 million pounds from Wolfsburg F.C. It seems the owners of Manc City are small "RICH" kids who every now and then want a new toy to play. And after a while it gets bored and wants another toy. First it was Robinho, then came Adebayor, Roque Santa Cruz, Tevez, Joe Hart and the list goes on....
Also, Steve Sidwell completes his move from Villa Park to Craven Cottage for an undisclosed fee.
South African defender Khumalo joins Spurs on a permanent deal.
Oops sorry to hurt your feelings;) Now I have a feeling that United will lift the FA CUP:p United comes out with flying colour again to move to the 4th round of FA CUPThanks to our very own Giggsy.:cheerio::cheerio:
GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED
Why dint you mention Berba, actually he gifted you the penalty on the slightest of touch.
that's been the case for quite some time now..howard webb seems to get those important decisions against liverpool all the time... and everytime it's he who's handed the responsibility of officiating every liv-utd game.... there never was a penalty.. and the sending off?? it was a joke if you ask me...

It would have been a different game if Gerrard wasn't sent off... Hard luck... ManU didn't pay extraordinary football to win this... May be better days to come under King Kenny...

so true. good 2 see players working so hard after a long time.they were hungry for a win.hopefully they'll perform better now when the king is in charge.and make no mistake kenny wont hesitate to keep players on bench if they arent performing:thumbsup:.
Finally some post game comments that make sense. That has been severely lacking for the last few months.......
Roy's post game comments would have been : Winning vs Utd. is always difficult because sir alex is the best manager. They played really well and they deserved to win. I'm proud of the performance the team put forward. The penalty was a valid decision and I haven't seen Gerrard's red so no comments on that. :|and *facepalm*
Exiting match between Real Madrid and Villareal. Happy to see it ending in favour of Blancos. Madrid were really poor in the first half and Villareal really played well in absence of Senna and Nilmar.
The good thing for Madrid is that Kaka is back and Ronaldo is on this way to get a golden shoe
forget about the clubs guys...India vs Australia Asia cup match is tomorrow...just hoping Indian team not to lose by a big margin (hoping too much i guess)...
At last some joy for the Blues. Be it Ipswich, but getting 7 past a team always feels good and shoots up the confidence. Good to see Sturridge chip in with two. Really like that fellow. He has the skills, and the confidence to try out new things. He just needs some first team action. Don't know what Cheslea management sees in Kalou, who has made no improvement whatsoever.

Exactly!!!! 7 is too much, and it will surely do a lot to the players and the team..Perhaps this might be the springboard they needed to get back as a team after those injury layoffs, still a long road ahead though...
No matter what critic say about ronaldo i think he is the best player in the world 63 goals in just 62 appearances .... i think at 25 he is at the peak of his game.....it wont suprise me if he scores 60 goals this season which is never heard off.... want to see him back at manchester

Both Messi and Ronaldo have taken their game to a entirely new level. Its going to be interesting to see who wins the golden shoe this time.
And Ronaldo wont return to MU anytime soon. Maybe after he crosses 30
Aussies already toying with india..4-0 up..India are playing like a new player playing fifa game..Targeting goalpost from the distance where nedved used to shoot:p
