I disagree completely, Barca dont need Cesc, right now, he may not even start every match.

I would like to add one more think, if that Ryan 'thug' Shawcross had not broken Ramsey's leg, Wilshere would never have crossed Ramsey in the pecking list. Wilshere is a big talent, Ramsey is even bigger, you will see this in coming seasons, and both are a lot better than McEacheran, who is yet to break in England U21's.
I dnt knw if McEacheran joined at he age of 9..!! i m sure he was more than 9 when he joined Chelsea but he did came to Man Utd on kinda trials and we were reluctant to get him into academy as there were already many youth players in the academy who we thought will make the cut if they progress well.!! plus theres a limit to no. of Youth Players u can have in ur academy

Agree with you on this part. Could very much be possible. Barca actually don't have a lot of squad depth if you ask me. IMO, both Cesc and Sanchez are essential. Sanchez/Rossi more so, as Villa/Messi/Pedro are the only options upfront with jeffren rumoured to be loaned/sold. Also, the way Villa and Pedro played last two months was a worrying factor, as Messi was the only source of goals then. The youth is pretty good, but you can't rely on them to play week in week out. They'll need time to step up.

Cesc is certainly not worth 60 million but no less than 40 also. Most of the team right now need a player like Cesc e.g. Chelsea,Utd.,AC Milan,Juventus,Barcelona(as backup mainly) and Man City as always. Had it been open auction he would have easily fetched us 50+. I don't agree with the point that he goes missing in big games. He was very good against Milans, against Barcelona(home),Chelsea(home and away this season). Nevertheless, his boot is too big to fill for Arsene. Nasri is not half Cesc in middle, his best has come for us in right wing.
heard that Everton has rejected Jagielka bid from one of the big teams. So it has to be City or us. I would love to Phil in Arsenal as he is far better than Cahill. For me ideal squad is:-
