i have a very basic question.. is FRM core reading, FRM handbook and Book by Jorion, are all same..?? if yes, which edition will be useful for May 2013??

some1 please reply urgently..

@agarwal_anshul FRM core readings is compilation of various chapters from various books by diff authors. Handbook is written by Jorion covering various topics of risk.
As per my knowledge new books will be available by Jan 2013 end at various xerox centres.

@ShashiRisk Core reading contain same chapters as in Hull's book. Hull's book is available at all book stores for approx 350 bucks. If u can get core readings then u dont need to but any other book. Core readings itself is compilation of many chapters from various books by diff authors.

I found 6 links under "Basel Readings" as part of freely available readings on GARP website. Are these readings linked to specific AIM statements for May 2013 part 2 exams? If not, how much importance should be given to them from the perspective of clearing the exam?
