Job is job. So don't worry about joining the job because unless u face it yourself individually. Work is just the same as in anywhere else. The new comers have to be obedient and be ready for a grill. If they sustain they would be respected. If they don't u have wasted an opportunity both for urself and some other person who might be more needy for a job. Take the job really if u are serious and be ready for hardships initially. It might be tough assignments away from home. U might feel frustrated with long working hours and extra work load. U should not be over critical in your approach because it's always a learning face. At the same time you have to be judgemental in having a work life balance. Be ready to work on holidays if the situation demands. Your superiors might bully you and you can take it either ways. If you put extra thoughts \U0001f4ad on it you might feel frustrated. Learn the things slowly and patiently. Nobody is a born genius. Mistakes are part and parcel of life. Don't hesitate to clear your doubts even if you are not comfortable with your seniors. Day to day altercations might take place. Try not to take them personally. At the same time develop upon other qualifications which might help in the future but not by making compromises in your job. Try not to learn everything in one go. There are various verticals in the bank. Don't compare your work with others because everyone's work is difficult and different. Job roles would change as per the administrative policy and superior or subordinates recommendations. Experience it if you get the job because you are lucky enough to have notched the spot which many couldn't. A silver lining in the cloud could make you see the sun. And remember THE BEGINNING OF ANYTHING IS VERY DIFFICULT. 😇
