Dheko bhai, let's work with percentile, pre k haan around 1.7 lack candidates Mains k liyeh aaye and Mains ne Sab k fard di. It was on the same lines as SBI po and it was difficult. Toh we can see that around 27900 students were called for the interview, iska matlab hai that means jiska score 52.5 ( general cat ) uski percentile is around 85 percentile.
Ab issue yeh hai ke kitne log kahan kahan pay cluster hai toh yeh exactly determine karna mushkil hai becuase lots is students missed out the interview because of sectional cut off.
But my educated guess is that only around 500 to 600 must have crossed 85 marks and a then the first major cluster of candidates will be in the 70 to 80 range with at least 2000 to 2500 candidates. Then the next giant cluster will but from the 60 to 70 range with around 6500++candidates and lastly from other clusters there are also many candidates but then their estimate is difficult to make.
So my educated guess comes to this if one has scored 70marks with an average interview of 11.5 to 12 then they are pretty much sorted. Other than that please note that the lower your score the better your interview must be.
My guess is that the final cut of should range between 39.5 to 40.5.. if more people end score in the higher bracket then it could touch 40.8 or 40.9 like last year.

IBPS PO 6 2017 low scorers of UR General near 60 are very much in the Game for a final seat. 70 and 12 in interview = 60 and 16 in interview. Its a nail biting end for even 70 +, bcz ur invw is the Game Changer. Instances have been there where high scorers , several have lost last time , as in invw they scored low.
guys some 21300 were selected for interview...ibps gave a list of shortlisted candidates...so no doubts about that. people saying 27400 plz dont analyze.
i have scored 73.25 (gen). i would like to have views of people between 70 to 75 in general category in this series of comments, so that we can better access our chances rather than scrolling here n there...
I am a bit confused as my marksheets of 10,12,first,second and third year have the date of issue of January 2017 because I had to correct my name in all the certificates and I did that just before the interview,my graduating year is 2015 and what if they consider the date of issue as the passing year and not the year of examination which is also written on the marksheet as March 2015 and take me out from the recruitment process due to which I am very scared,pls share ur valuable opinions on my condition....
Dosto jiske bhi 75 marks se niche hai wo SBI po and niacl ki tyari dum laga k kare coz u have a edge than who are new to the preparation and the pattern. And all my Frnz u r all in a channel of preparation. Agar gap aa gya na preparation me to pickup padkte pakdte SBI po aa jayega, Den the same scenario of being on the border line. Fir wahi humsab apna chance puchte hue PAYE jayege....So gearup guys. Result 1st April ko aa hi jayega..Agar ho gya to balle balle warna SBI po ya niacl fode dena...
IDBI bank:Bank aisa dost jaisa..dost ki fatti padi hai npa ki wajah se..huge pressure and work..salary equivalent to sbi,perks negligible apart from lease..wage revision pending from 2012..privatisation threat lingers..ye sab pta hote huye maine idbi chuna..reason..kaam karne or seekhne ko milega..even privatisation hoti hai tab bhi adb,ndb ya world bank ko bechege shares..koi dikkar nhi..and when you learn you grow...so just like casanova i have two words for those cursing idbi fu** off...kaam chor admiyo
