I think result will be on 1st week of march coz 25 26 is holiday of bank 28 rrb result so they will be busy on 27th so no result we need to wait till march
So slowly slowly the journey of IBPS PO is reaching to the final destination. It was more of a dream to follow when we started filling up forms in August last year. It looked very much far away. But after 7 months and 2 stage of exmas, some 27k+ candidates are still in the frame from where one third will become the part of IBPS family and others will have to disperse. It has been hard work of you guys rather than a mere luck which has kept you in this loop and kept you going. Simply you can not give up now. Whether you make it or you loose it, just take a leap of your faith. These days are full of nerve, stress, anexiety and tension for marks. So while you are upto it , in between ,remember your best times you had in your past. Imagine a scene far years from today which you might would want to spend with your loved ones. Let this time pass while eluding in happiness be it procastination or anything else rather feeling sad and scared.The marks will come anytime and it will for sure but than you will never be able to hold such a good time as it is today. And once it comes, Thank God for giving such a great life and fight for next goal.

You'll know these when you bcome a banker: Bankers are not always serious. Except Rush hours, they chit-chat a lot, mock at kyc forms or customer name or anything funny. You may get shouted at by your manager in front of colleagues n all customers. It's embarrassing but hard truth. Be ready to face insults. A bank works according to the manager's mood everyday. If he's happy, everyone's relaxed and happy. Check on manager frequently, act accordingly. You may not know, manager checks on all your actions from his cabin and is judging you. Be good in his presence. Timings are not fixed. You must stay past working hours when required. Leaving early portrays you as irresponsible, not worried about branch, lazy etc. Forget home on financial closing year. It's a risky job. You may need to pay from your wallet if any cash goes short and If it's your fault. The bank, the manager or none care abt u or sympathize. Lots of politics. Jealousy. Have good rapport with your manager since manager's ratings on you are important for ur confirmation/promotion. Need to be a good friend from peon till manager. Get friendly, but affirmative with clerks and get job done. Strictness doesn't always work, that too in a small branch. Monotonous work. May get bored of repetitive work everyday. Rush hours you need to be on your toes. Quick judgement, act fast, and be a fast learner. All s best.
