For last 1-2 days, some people have suddenly started criticizing bank po job..... funniest thing is that they are considering ssc job better than a bank po job..... please don't take it otherwise par main sirf yeh kehna chahta hu ki..... BC ssc waalon ki aukaad to hai nahi ek exam dhang se conduct karaane ki aur chale hain naukri dene..... matlab ek exam conduct karaane me saalon khud ki to G***d phat hi jaati h, upar se appearing candidates bhi pareshaan hote hain.... iss saal online karaane ke baad bhi kya haal hai yeh sabko pata h.... upar se no normalisation..... i have seen people at higher position in banks and those who had qualified though ssc.... zameen aasman ka antar hota h dono ki personality mein.... kal koi keh raha tha ki bank me joining late aati hai..... BC aati to h.... Yeh saale SSC waale tab tak ek exam bhi nahi kara paate....
100 baat ki ek baat.... sabki apni choice h.... jisko jo karna h woh kare.... par bakch**i mat failao yahan pe....!!!

Guys, I had my Interview in Noida. My interview went for only 5 minutes. They asked about my qualification first, and than asked the reason for gap between 12th and Graduation (I have a gap of 2 year), and what i was doing after graduation as i am 2013 passout. I explained them the reason (family issues, financial and Fathers Health). They were not satisfied first, but agreed later. Than they asked my my hobby and interview ended. No further questions were asked. At last they said, you have reached here after a lot of struggle, we asked you these questuions to understand that. We will support you here, but your selection depends on Mains score. Best of luck. Now, i am confused, why they didn't asked me more questions? What is the meaning of support, will they just pass me (40 marks), or will they give me average or good marks? GUYS, Please let me know your thoughts on this. I am really confused. Thanks.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT POST RELATED TO OUR FUTURE. Friends, ibps has said that it will declare the final result in April. This long gap makes no sense from the side of ibps. Our mains marks are already available to them. Our interviews are over now. In an era of digitization taking so much time for declaring the final results seems beyond comprehension. It would take a maximum of fifteen days to declare the result if they wanted to. They could easily declare the consolidated marks of both our mains and interview. Final allotment could be done later. This way the chances of any gross malpractice are greatly reduced. There already are murmurs of malpractices which have taken place in some centres where the exam was conducted. This delay in declaring the result so late further raises my concerns about a fair method of selection in the exams. This gap of one and a half months could be used by unscrupulous elements to push through undeserving candidates. This could further lead to a reduction of our chances of getting through in the exams since a lot of seats have already been reserved for the backward sections. To make sure that this does not happen, I am going to file an RTI and will also be writing to the PMO regarding this issue. I urge all of you to do the same so that pressure is created and no injustice is done to us. You and me have worked very hard to get to this stage. We have spent sleepless nights without even blinking once because we are jobless and need this job at any cost. For some of us this is a matter equivalent to a scenario of life and death. We cannot let undeserving candidates get ahead of us without opening a single book. Let's get together and make sure that corruption does not get the better of us. Let's make sure that meritocracy prevails over setting baazi!
