My interview experience at BOM PUNE Date 8th feb 2017 Time 1 pm Panel 3 Entered the arena at around 12 20 pm Got everything ready till 1 30 Along with biometrics and doc check The process was happening very fast and i got serial number 6 Entered into room with panel on the left side of the entrance having 1 female and 4 male all were experienced and went like dis Me : Goodmorning Sir(as mam was writing something and as soon as i entered sir had an eye contact with me) Me : good morning mam Female : Good mooorniing?? (with an interrogative tone) Me : sorry mam good afternoon (i did a blunder here) F: No problem I just stand beside.seat an was waiting for her invitation F : please have a seat Me: thankyou mam F: okk So ankur gujrati M:yes mam F : Born in allahabad ?? M:yes mam F: working in TCS ?? M:yes mam F: from last 1.5 years?? is there anyone or your friend who got selected in SBI PO or IBPS PO purely based on their merit and not by "jugaad"( Sorry for this word). I am seeking the honest opinion makers because after screwing my SBI PO by 1 marks ,I have again started having doubt about IBPS PO, although Mains and Interview went well. Please clearify and boost my morale so that I can rise with spirit to apply for SBI PO.

Had a strange interview experience!
My interview lasted only 6-7 mins
I entered the room with their permission, they said please come in,
I went in and completed the pleasentaries. They asked me to sit down.
the panel had 5 people, 4 Males and 1 Female.
First one asked me tell me something about yourself.
I told them ( Expected) as i had mentioned that my father is a teacher and had been teaching aborad his whole life, so i lived and studied aborad, after 12th grade i came to india, for my UG. ( I spoke english till this point) there were like you speak english very well, just like a foreigner, can you speak hindi
I said ji haan bilkul sir, muje hindi kafi achi aati hai and aarmse baat kar sakta hoon. Then they said okay beta ab you only speak in Hindi, you interview will be in Hindi.
Then they asked me somthing about the Budget, i told them everything and anything, i prepared the budget well, somewhere i said something about MNERGA, and one of the panel memeber started telling me that beta the 48000 is useless and MNREGA is bad and this and that, I tried to aruge a little but then in the end i listened and agreed with his points but also kept some of my own, he was pretty satisfied with me.
Then the next panel member asked me somthing about my home town, i answered.
Then they asked me about my IBPS mains attemps and expected score,
I told them that dispite the paper being really difficult, i kept my attempts high but took a hit on accuracy and told them about my range of scores, the highest and the lowest.
They said good beta.
I think we are done, you may leave now. Thank you,
I said thank you and left, all of it in Hindi!
