Interview experience Boi noida panel v 4 gents 1 lady Said may I come in, mam said please come I thanked her then said good morning to all (they corrected good afternoon said sorry they smiled) M1 from where you came Where is your company What is your role (got campus placement after doing mechanical engineering in 2014 and still working) Who are customers of your comany (told that almost every government company started listing some he was impressed said good) M2 Have you ever seen balance sheet of your company? No sir M2 Why? Sir I look more after technical than finance. M2 You should look it you will get about company performance & many things. Sir our global office releases newsletter every month I get idea about major things. He nodded said very good. M2 what do you think what bank is? Sir it is an org which takes money from someone and lend to some other. M2 good what else banks do? I struck said unable to recall sir. M1 again- they do remittances also I said yes sir money transfer between countries.he said it can be internal also. I nodded. M2 they do insurances also. I said yes sir. M2 (probably he was chairman) you know sometimes situation is like that you can not talk to even your wife after work. It drains. I- sir every job require patience. Even with my current job I got late sometimes. As European time is behind us so sometimes I got too late, but sir it is part of life. (all 5 nodded) M2- you have a good job why do you want to join bank? Sir I want public interaction (he hailed said good with a gracious gesture). I explained along this line. M3- what do like to do? Explained that it was kidambi srikant. & sir it was China open 2015 not shanghai open. He looked completely stunned on precision but said superb. Again M2- what do you think is your biggest strength m2 & m3 repeated question curiously. Explained they were satisfied. M2- you know if a bank employee commit mistake then it costs dearly gave example of a check filling. Sorry sir but mistakes costs dearly everywhere gave an example from our company. M2- have you ever seen a large crowd of 400-500 in bank. Sir during demonetisation Everyone including mam & m4 (who did not asked any question) burst into laughter. I carried sir account opened when no rush... M2- how will you deal such situation? Explained they were satisfied. OK Mr. Tiwari you can go atb. Said thanks to everyone and came out. Ps- everything was in hindi I have translated it. It was a hilarious experience liked interview it was a experience of life.

Interview Experience Bank Of Maharashtra, Staff training College, Pune. Panel - V 4M, 1F Entered, Greeted. M1(Main Panellist): sit comfortably. 😁 Tell me about yourself. Tell about family ? (Already bata diya tha..dubara bataya) 🙄 . Questions on family. Questions on job experience. They asked office address as well ( kahi kal office na aa jaaein 😛). After passing out, you were only preparing for banking while on job..good. (I was like, i never said so 😂) You might get posted in rural areas, are you ready for that..ek haan hi kaha hoga ki agla quesn on farmers. What kind of facilities bank provide for rural ppl. When I started telling, say only about agriculture. (kya jawab diya, mujhe bhi nahi pata😹) Government schemes for farmers..told one two..insurance wale ka naam nahi yaad aaya..told not able to recall. M2(I have seen him before) : He asked quesns on engg, branch related. M3: What companies are there for export- import in country? Me: Started with Exim-ECGC. told functions. M3: Does ECGC provide full amount? I said no, upto certain limit. M3: Do you know that percentage? Me: (WTF!) No sir, duno.🙄 M4: DICGC. Me: Answered everything about DICGC. Female: Name 4 women in Banking ? Answered. As such I am confident, but today blabbered a lot(thanks to nervousness)🙄 * Half of the things M1 was asking n answering himself 😹. Atleast 5-6 times, I was opening my mouth to answer n closing (like a bird 🙄🐦). Mann kar raha tha bol du mujhse ku puch rahe ho jab khud hi answer karna hai ,😹
going by last few years trend 50-60% candidates score between cut off and cutoff+17 marks. So if you are getting 20 marks more than cut off you will have to fight with less number of students. But i think due to lack of proper analyses many are overestimating their performance
