Guys I have provisional certificate of graduation dated 3.2.2016. Educational qualifications should be within 13.8.2016 as per IBPS po notification. Will it make any problem?? Because I have heard that provisional certificates are valid for 6 months only. But while issuing provisional from university they told that this is valid till I get final certificate. Help please..I am so much tensed

Sit on chairs according to panel,
Each panel candidates appointed with 2 verification officer,they handover the two page intro cum detail form, to be filled up,
Both very rude gone on lunch widout telling sequence of candidates by just handing over 2page.
Biometric guy calls me, then there I came to know each panel has separate biometric guy and that am 2nd in line for interview.
Then gone for documents verification, the guy first only asked OBC NCL, and I don't wanna say but he said see it's written nahi hai in Hindi u r not OBC just go aage kya.. I wasn't expecting this and got frightened, he told to go first floor with declaration form that you don't have OBC NCL certificate get the declaration signed, I waited for 30min and while sitting there I realised that obviously it is written all correct doesn't belong to creamy layer in Hindi will be "creamy layer ke antargat NAHI ata hai. I gone back and he said u will teach me, go and get the declaration signed from above higher officer. They too didn't accept whats right and asked to fill declaration.
I came back, already lost focus and time, waited for others to be completed in line of verification 30min more, again I came to verification bench,
Now new thing he found to irritate,
Your name on application is name surname
Whereas all your certificate and pancard has surname name father name
(Since I studied till 12th in Maharashtra)
But he said this is forgery your name doesn't match you go fill one more declaration and get it signed and come back, again 30min and the higher official also didn't object it but said to fill declaration.
Came back and saw almost 80% people from my panel only lined up for declaration, intact one of the lady interviewer came down and asked panel 4 verification officer Y students are not coming up it's already 3pm.
He replied Mai kya karu sab gadbad waale aa rhe.
I again sat for verification and he took 20min and hastily said just go now. And at once I was made to go to panel 4 interview room and entered room. After going all through this.
Panel 3 - IOB, Chennai 1PM...5 members 1 lady and 4 males, wished mam first and then others..
m1[Head]: Tell me about yourself
me: Answered. I ended saying about present employment - Home Finance Sector.
m1: Its not mentioned in your bio data.. What about NOC?
me: Explained that i joined just before 2 months and its a private ltd firm, arm of PSU.
m1: 8-9 cross questions related to present job like work nature, loan process, monthly target, inspection, panel valuation, NPA[made little mess] and he ended with why bank?
me: Initially i mentioned about target base they cross questioned even in banks there is target level in CASA and loans... Instantly i replied that growth is better in PSUs and explained how my manager is struggling still after 8 years 😜 Everyone seemed satisfied.
f1: What do you mean by SWOT?
me: Fumbled but answered
f1: What is the purpose of providing zero balance account to students?
me: Answered
m2: Why we keep a slab point while providing loans?
me: Answered about precaution levels and safegaurding aspects.
m3: Related to Demonetization
me: Answered.
m4: What % of salary you will consider for loan?
me: Answered
m1: what are your hobbies?
me: Answered
m1: What is the height of badminton net from ground?
me: Answered.
m1: other hobbies..
me: Answered. Seemed session ended, I tried to leave. He finally asked about bollywood actress' father who was a badminton player... I forgot his name, they laughed at me saying to themselves "He dont watch bollywood movies and only Hollywood" I smiled..

what is agriculture finace? rate of interest on agriculture finanace? is there any collateral required for agriculture finance?what action does a bank take if borrower of agriculture finace is not able to pay it?

bangalore,panel -3 basic personal questions regarding graduation and job. what is bank, deputy governor of rbi, camels rating, functions of rbi ,governor of Karnataka. panel were very friendly. interview lasted for 10 min. i was 2 nd last,had to wait from 11.30 to 6.45 pm. but the panel were very encouraging and it was a good experience.
When is the last day of interviews for this years IBPS PO?
