    Name:- srinivasa sai Stream:- mechanical engineer 2015 passed out Venue:- Andhra bank apex college, Hyderabad Whole interview went in telugu,they asked me in telugu so I answered it in telugu, but I am writing the transcript in English.   I entered the room, and started greeting everyone they said" ok ok take your seat” and I did so. 3 males and 1 female M1 M2 M3 F1 M1:-so srinivasasai? Introduce yourself Me:- I started saying, I said that I completed btech in mechanical engineering, and he interrupted me. M1:- didn’t you take gate exam? Me:- no sir, I was not interested in mechanical jobs(omg what a gross mistake I have done, that’s not what I prepared to answer, ) M1:- what? You shouldn’t say that, then why you did engineering? Me:- sir I did engineering out of my parents compulsion, I got a free seat, a six years integrated course, I need not to pay even a single rupee, so my parents didn’t want me to forgo that chance, so I had to do it. M1:- you might not pay, but govt must have paid it no?  Me:-yes sir, M1:-so that’s not a proper answer, you shouldn’t say that, haven’t any companies came to your college for campus selections? Me:-software companies came sir, but I was not interested in software jobs(another gross mistake) M1:- you should avail whatever the oppurtunities you have, you were jobless for 2 years, you should become independent first and then prepare for govt exams,  Me:- yes sir, ( with a meek face,I was totally shattered) M1:-ok you came to banking sector, what do you know about banking, what does a bank do? Me:- sir, they give loans to people. M1:- will they give loan to whoever ask them?  Me:-no sir, they see the credit worthiness, they check the background of the person and also they see his past credit ratings, there was a central repository for credit records , it is cibil, M1:- cibil have credit rating for only individuals what if a company asks loan Me:- (I kept a blank face, as far as I know it rates companies too. and in between M2 said that cibil rates companies also,) M1:- ok, bank po works till 8 to 9 in evenings, what do they do? Me:- sir, they do the remaning office work, clerks do clerical work,cashier checks the accounts records, and po checks the granting of loans M1:- even po’s do clerical jobs ok, and loan thing, at most one loan will come per day, what’s the need to work for hours, what will they do,  Me:- sir, don’t know sir M1:- ok what other things a bank do Me:- they accept deposits, people use banks for remittances,  M1:- remmitances? What are remittances? Me:- sir, for example our relatives stay in other countries they send money to us, this is called remmitance M1:- don’t go that far, that will be totally another topic, foreign remitances, ok Me:- sir, people transact money, to other persons, that is called remmitances M1:- what are the different ways of doing it,  Me:- (after some silence) sir, neft, rtgs, imps M1:- ok what else? Me:- sir, she is working as lieutenant governor, pondichery M2:- good good Now f1 took on, you studied it in one of your semesters Me:- maam that was an additional subject, actually I did mechanical engineering, and dbms is data base management system related to softwares, (again I confused her a bit, she didn’t understand what I said,)  F1:-ok, where did you do your internship? Me:- south central railways, Vijayawada, F1:- ohh good, what did you do there Me:- ma’am truly speaking, I didn’t do anything there, i was there for two days,  M2 interrepted and said “you do two days, and they would have given you certificate for one month, I know that’s what happening in these days I know” F1:-ok what did you do there for 2 days Me:- they showed us how locomotives work, how they clear lines, and all those, and they showed us a virtual kind of train,  F1:- you drove the loco? Me:- no ma’am they don’t allow anyone to do that M1:- even in banks we don’t allow students, how can they allow students on machines. M1:- ok Mr, srinivas sai, all the best, you can go now. And I came out of room.

Friends by reading this, you may think panel was harsh, but that's not at all true, they were very friendly, and the interview went in telugu, and also, this is not an exact transcript, the way in which i have put it here is different, i couldnt recollect exact words. , the only negative thing is my intro, that's it.
