After they satisfied they see face of next member so next one asked questions. Interview started by Lady 1. U have 5 yrs of experience also earning 6.5 lack ctc y u want to join banking? Ans. I was very passionate to join banking since my MBA but my financial condition doesn't allow me to study more so i joined pvt. Sector bank. My hobby is to meet new people and helping people which can be my job work in bank. Banking job have good reputation in society. Banking is fastest growing sector in India. I think i have made her satisfied with my answer. 2. U have completed mba in marketing who is the author of book which you have studied Ans. Instantly...ð Sir Philip Kotler. Further he questioned who is author of Organisations Behavior? Ans. Sorry Sir i am not able to recall that name. He gave ans but i said one Indian author is that. He said its ok. 3. Asked me what asset side are major things in balance sheet and what comes under liabilities? Ans. I tried to ans some points but he was asking more n more so i said soryy sir i know this much only. He again questioned me what is contribution? Ans total sales minus total expenses but he was not convinced. He was done seen face of next member. 4. Asked about my experience about present job and major change in IT Slab if your income is 6lack Ans. He was very happy about my ans and said very good Hemant. Gives me positive vibes about interview. Thanks god i have gone through newspaper today. 5. Asked what is CPM and Pert. What is BEP? Ans. Answered successfully also he was satisfied. All members were happy and wished me best of Luck for final selection.

Interview Experience: Date of interview - 2/2/2017 Shift : 8:30 Venue: BOI, Noida There were 5 members in the panel. M1: Tell me something about yourself. Me: Answered. M1: Why did you leave your earlier job? Explained. M1: You have done your MBA from DTU, so i hope u must be knowing the postulates of Modern Management Theory. Me: Sir i knew but not able to recall at the moment. M2: Have You heared about the term CSR ? Me: Confidently answered in about 4 minutes with an example of ITC. M3: What do you know of Demonetization. Me: Explained. M3: Is it a success or failure? Me: Was prepared with a diplomatic answer specifically for this question. Explained in about 5 minutes. M4: Ur specialization is Marketing. How will you sell a comb in a village of hairless ppl. Me: Sir i will market the comb for their children. M4: Even children are hairless. Me: Sir then i will position the comb as a specially designed product for "itching". M4: Wont u sell it saying ur hair will grow if u use this comb ? Me: No sir, i dont think even in the villages ppl are that much dumb nowadays. They will easily make out the fraud. M3 : How is the sale of a physical product different from sale of the bank products? Me: Sir ppl can easily see value in the physical product, but not in services/solutions. So will first need to make them aware About the need and then explain how these solutions can fulfill those needs. We need to spend comparatively more time to convince the customer. Then everyone looked at M6(female) to question. But she just said - ok Manoj thanks... & all the best. My interview lasted for around 25 minutes.
Be aware if you dnt have degree certificate of the date before date given in notification they wll not allowed yu to sit in exam
