Those who have skills are not getting the jobs (only select few of them),and those who don't have are being fed "The Great Dream".Also various ministries of govt are running "PONZY" schemes in the name of providing skills... Same old same old... the local netas and influentials opening "gumtis" to provide so called "skill"... and taking fund from govt to their pockets... According to the government’s own figures, only 135,000 jobs were created in 2015—the lowest total in seven years and 67% lower than the number created in the last year of the previous government. Confusion reigns: Currently, 20 different ministries run 70 different skills-related programs. A “Skill India” mission was launched with much fanfare in 2015, promising to make 400 million Indians employable in seven years. It managed to reach about 1.76 million in its first year. Sure, its reach will hopefully expand. But more worrying is this: Of those 1.76 million, only 580,000 completed the course; and of those, only 82,000 could actually be matched to jobs. Part of the reason is that the government is doing a bad job of figuring out what skills the private sector actually needs from its employees. Whether or not officials understand this shortcoming is unclear: The latest budget just added another bunch of skills programs to those that already exist. At least one of these programs intends to assist young Indians “who seek job opportunities outside the country,” which is perhaps a realistic view of how well the government’s doing at creating opportunities at home.
Interview experience Boi noida Time 1 Entry began at 2 then biometric & document verification till 4..beech me lunch ho gya tha isliye uske baad 1 ghante waiting room me uske baad mera turn aaya... 5 panel member center me shaya main wale the unhone start kiya with intro...aur pucha strengths & weakness asked about my father as he works in bank 1sardar ji asked couple of technical q like AM & FM ( ECE ) I told basics he nodded but I felt like even he did not know the answer he he he.😬😬 1 female asked about rtgs & neft told some other banking question can't remember. 1 other member asked wether willing to work anywhere.. Last q was about preference of bank asked why you give low preference to your father's bank?? I said it was a suggestion by my father....( they laughed) Overall good experience!!

Hi Folks!! I am sseing too many request for Interview Experience here, I am aslo one of them. But only few people are intersted in sharing the same. My IBPS PO interview is scheduled for 10th Feb, 2017 at Noida. But here i am sharing my Interview Experience of RRB OS1 V. Hope it can help frehsers and some commerce and Management Background candidates. So here it goes:

Date: 24-01-2017
Panel: VIII
Time: 1:00 am
Entry started at 12:45 pm and we all were asked to take seat in waiting Area. There was Panel wise desk for document verification. I was at 5th number (Roll number wise), but as all candidates had not reported at that time, so i was the first person to go Document Verification, which went smoothly. In a batch of 4-5 people they started to send people upstairs for Interview. My turn came at 4th as out 1 candidate was absent. So here is the interview now:
Took the permission to enter, there were 4 panel members, 3 male and 1 Female. Wished the female first and than all other male members.
M1: Baithiye
Me: Thank you sir.
M1: Apka mobile kaha hai?
Me: Sir file me (It was my first time, so no one suggested that i should keep my phone in bag outside only)
M1: Nikal kar table par rakho dijiye, Switch off karke
Me: Sure Sir, already switched off hai (Nikal kar table par rakh diya)
M1: Apni Tarif kijiye?
Me: Gave my introduction including my family background.
M1: To aap married hai (As i mentioned members of my family in Intro)
Me: Yes sir
F1: Kab hui shadi?
Me: Mam 2013
M1: Kitana Dahej Liya?
Me: Koi dahej nai liya. Mere family me dahej nai lete, meri badi behan ki shadi me v humne dahej nai diya tha na hi mere shadi me liya.
Mhe: Mam 2013 Marriage tha?
Me: Sorry sir (As i could not understand the meaning of exchaneg marriage)
M2: Ek hi family me shadi me hui hai?
Me: Nai sir, alag alag family me.
F1: 2013 ke bad kya kar rahe the?
Me: Told the family problem and that from last one year preparing for Banking.
F1: to ye apka pehla interview hai?
Me: Yes mam
M2: Apne BBA kiya hai. Correspondence se kiya hai?
Me: Yes sir
M3: Break even kya hai?
Me: Sorry sir, I dont know. (I couldn't recall the answer, Panel se bahar nikalte hi yaad aa gaya tha)
M2: Break even point bata do?
Me: Sorry sir, Yaad nai hai.
M1: National Income kya hai?
Me: Sorry Sir. (Clean bowled, didn't expected that question. I prepared only management related question. ab sab padh liya hai)
M1: Balance Sheet kya hai?
Me: Answered (Many follow up question on balance sheet. Answered)
M1: Balance Sheet ka header kya hoga?
Me: Sorry Sir, I can't answer
M3: Negotiable Instrument kya hota hai?
Me: Answered
M1: Crossed cheque?
Me: Answered
M2: Koi company capital kasie raise kar sakti hai?
Me: Through IPO and Bank loans.
M3: Crdit Card & Debit Card ke bare me kuchh bataiye?
Me: Answered
M3: Credit card pe kitana interest lagta hai? (Many followup questions on credit card)
Me: Sir one month tak koi interest nai lagta hai (Actually it is 45 days, tabhi bhul gaya tha)
M2: one month hota hai ya kuchh days?
Me: Sir 30 days
M2: Ghar ja k ek bar aur padh lena
Me: Sure sir
Some more follow up questions, like who can get credit card? If my salary is only 5-6k, how can i get credit card? What bank cheks before giving credit card?
Me: Answered these questions.
M1: Okay Thank you. (Bagal wale se puchha, aur kuchh?, he said no), okay thank you.
Me: Thank you sir.
