Toilet bhi saaf krna padta hai clerk ko? 😂 😂 ye sab afwaah kaun uda rha yaar.. I was clerk in PNB noida for 6 months sep 16-mar17, clerk ki power mai batata hu.. I was the single cashier at my branch handling payment and deposit both.. My manager use to ask me to do other works too like account opening and Neft.. I did it to have some knowledge about it.. When it became excess.. I denied doing it.. He could do nothing about it.. Because my work was to handle cash.. Cashier doesn't opens account..(he can but they were asking me to do their work, I was really fast at opening account.. I use to open 10 12 accounts in 30-35 mins easily).. Once my Manger asked me to do some salary transfer of an organization at 4.50 when I was leaving for home(usually 4.30 I use to leave.. And you can leave at 5 everyday max after 1 month when you're fluent with your work), my manager asked me to do some other guy's work.. I told him this is not my work I won't do it.. He said provide me in written that you won't do.. I said you give me written order that you're asking me to do this work after 4.45 without overtime allowance.. He said I'll give you overtime.. I told him overtime rule says employee should agree to stay.. And I am not agreeing to this.. I was doing so much work.. That except my manager(he was really very stupid, not hard working.. Always use to pass his work on others), so except him.. Everyone in my branch was really happy with my performance.. I use to go on cigarette break in every 1.5hr (am not kidding, it was almost official 😜, I use to tell my assistant manager that sir, for 10 minutes handle the cue.. And don't make any payment voucher).. If you work good.. Your work speaks for you.. Clerks have special powers.. Only the manager and the clerk can call police in branch.. Cashiers can demand anything which is required in his work and bank has to provide it...Don't think that clerk job is bad or the society doesn't has respect for it.. The clients of my branch were so upset when I resigned.. They kept saying "why is the manager still here and you're going? He should be going" So guys.. Stop sending rumors.. If you work good.. You'll automatically be appraised about it.. You'll get respect from your work..
